Reminder: An updated health history form is required each year. If you receive an email to fill out a new form please complete it before your appointment, or plan to arrive 10 minutes early to fill it out at the clinic.

Stephanie, RMT, is a fully registered Massage Therapist; however, direct billing is not yet available for the following insurance providers: Green Shield, Empire Life, and SSQ. Payment will be required upfront for these companies until direct billing is fully set up.

 

New Clients – Allow a Little Extra Time

During your first visit, we’ll go over your health history and assessment as part of your appointment. To make sure you get the full treatment and the best care you deserve, consider booking a bit longer — for example, 75 minutes if you want a full 60-minute hands-on session.

 

Booking & Payment Policies:

  • Cancel by email brantfordmassage1@gmail.com to avoid fees.

  • Payment is due on the day of treatment. Bring your insurance card and a backup payment method.

  • We do not direct bill to Sunlife and Blue Cross. We are no longer able to direct bill Blue Cross, as they issue cheques by mail that can take months to arrive. Due to the postal strike, we will not receive these payments.Clients with Blue Cross coverage are asked to pay at the time of service and submit receipts for reimbursement.
  • If you don’t receive a booking confirmation email, your appointment is not booked.

  • A credit card is required to secure appointments (used only for no-shows/late cancellations).

  • Our online booking system does not accept Mastercard Debit (combined debit/credit) cards.
