Reminder: An updated health history form is required each year. If you receive an email to fill out a new form please complete it before your appointment, or plan to arrive 10 minutes early to fill it out at the clinic.
Please Note: Stephanie RMT, is a fully registered massage therapist but not yet set up for direct billing to your insurance company. Payment will be required upfront until her billing setup is complete.
New Clients – Please Allow Extra Time
For your first visit, we recommend booking a longer session. This ensures we have enough time to complete your health history and assessment without cutting into your treatment. If you’re looking for a treatment-based session or have multiple areas of concern, extra time will give you the most benefit.

Payment is due on the day of treatment. Bring your insurance card and a backup payment method.

We do not direct bill to Sunlife.

If you don’t receive a booking confirmation email, your appointment is not booked.

A credit card is required to secure appointments (used only for no-shows/late cancellations).

Our online booking system does not accept Mastercard Debit (combined debit/credit) cards.
