Acupuncture Initial/Follow up (no massage)

Description

Acupuncture only (no massage therapy) Neurofunctional Acupuncture is a form of acupuncture that targets the peripheral and central nervous system. Solid needles are used to manually or with the aid of electrical stimulation, to stimulate the nervous system to promote change via the nerves that innervate the target tissue. Please bring loose shorts and t-shit/tank top/sports bra depending on the areas that may be treated. Traditional draping with sheets may be used while treating or treatment in your gym outfit. Please note that this is not a traditional massage treatment, during the treatment a neurofunctional assessment will be performed. Please note: If using extended health benefits, this treatment can be billed using your Massage Therapy benefits. Acupuncture ONLY, NO MASSAGE THERAPY
